Thank you for choosing Charmed Interiors Design Studio. Our goal is to create calm, intentional spaces while providing a professional and seamless design experience. Please review the following Studio Policies & Terms before booking a service.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required to reserve and schedule all services.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.

REFUND Policy

All services provided by Charmed Interiors Design Studio are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Design Consultations

• Virtual Consultations

• In-Home Consultations

• Mood Board Packages

• Virtual Room Designs

• Curated Shopping Links

• CAD Floor Plans

• 3D Visualizations

• Styling Services

• Personal Shopping

• Digital Products

• Guides and Templates

Due to the time, planning, research, and creative work invested in each project, refunds are not available once payment has been submitted.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may require a new booking and payment.

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be forfeited.

If Charmed Interiors Design Studio must reschedule due to illness, emergencies, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to accommodate you with the next available appointment above.

APPOINTMENTS & PROJECT SCOPE

Each booking includes one designated room or space up to 500 square feet, unless otherwise stated in your selected service.

Open-concept layouts, multiple rooms, or spaces exceeding 500 square feet require a custom proposal and pricing.

Any services requested outside the agreed project scope may require an additional fee or separate booking.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best design experience, clients agree to provide:

• Accurate room measurements

• Current photographs and/or videos of the space

• Inspiration images

• Budget expectations

• Existing furniture information when applicable

• Desired project goals

• Timely responses to requested information

Delays in providing requested information may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

DESIGN PROCESS

Every design is thoughtfully customized to reflect your lifestyle, functional needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget.

While recommendations are made using professional design expertise, final purchasing decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

PRODUCT BUDGET & PURCHASING

Design fees cover professional design services only.

They do not include:

• Furniture

• Décor

• Rugs

• Artwork

• Lighting

• Paint

• Window Treatments

• Building Materials

• Shipping

• Sales Tax

• Assembly

• Installation

• Contractor Services

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all product purchases are the responsibility of the client.

Actual investment varies depending on room size, retailer pricing, project goals, and selected furnishings.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Charmed Interiors Design Studio carefully curates products from trusted retailers and vendors.

However, we cannot guarantee:

• Product availability

• Inventory levels

• Sale pricing

• Manufacturer changes

• Shipping timelines

• Third-party retailer policies

If an item becomes unavailable, similar alternatives may be recommended.

REVISIONS

Revision allowances vary by service package.

Additional revisions beyond those included in your selected package may require additional design fees.

Significant changes to the original design direction may require a new design proposal.

Business Hours

Monday–Saturday

10:00 AM–4:00 PM CST

Responses are typically provided within 1–2 business days.

Messages received outside business hours will be answered as soon as possible during normal business hours.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Estimated turnaround times begin once all required information has been received.

Typical timelines include:

• Mood Boards: 5–7 business days

• Curated Shopping Links: 3–5 business days

• Virtual Room Designs: 2–3 weeks

• Consultation Follow-Up Notes: 24–48 hours

Project timelines may vary depending on project scope and client response times.

Depending on your selected service, deliverables may include:

Final deliverables are provided electronically in PDF format, unless otherwise stated.

INSTALLATION & CONTRACTORS

Charmed Interiors Design Studio does not provide construction, electrical, plumbing, structural, or licensed contractor services.

Clients are responsible for hiring qualified professionals when installation or construction services are required.

TRAVEL POLICY

Travel fees may apply for in-home appointments outside the designated service area.

Any applicable travel fees will be communicated before your appointment is confirmed.

PHOTOGRAPHY & PORTFOLIO

Completed projects may be photographed for use on the Charmed Interiors Design Studio website, portfolio, social media platforms, educational materials, and marketing.

Client privacy is important. Personal information and identifying details will never be shared without permission.

Clients who prefer not to have their completed project photographed should notify the studio in writing before project completion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original design concepts and materials created by Charmed Interiors Design Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Mood Boards

• Design Concepts

• Floor Plans

• CAD Drawings

• 3D Renderings

• Shopping Guides

• Digital Downloads

• Layouts

• Presentations

• PDFs

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, modified for commercial use, or shared publicly without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Charmed Interiors Design Studio is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays

• Damaged deliveries

• Product defects

• Manufacturer recalls

• Contractor workmanship

• Installation errors

• Product discontinuations

• Changes in retailer pricing

• Color variations due to monitor or screen settings

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us.

Client information is used solely to provide design services, process payments, schedule appointments, and communicate throughout your project.

Personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties except when required by law or necessary to complete contracted services.

AGREEMENT

By booking a service and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Studio Policies & Terms.

These policies are intended to create a professional, transparent, and enjoyable experience while allowing Charmed Interiors Design Studio to deliver thoughtful, intentional, and personalized design services with excellence.
