Charmed Interiors Design Studio – Policies

GENERAL POLICIES
• Full payment is required to secure and schedule all services.
• All services, including consultations are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client and may prevent availability for other booking opportunities for the studio.
• One designated space per booking (up to 500 sq ft).
• Open-concept layouts or spaces exceeding 500 sq ft require custom pricing.
• Deliverables are provided in PDF format only.
• Travel fees may apply for in-home services outside the designated service area.
• Additional requests outside the agreed project scope require a new booking or written add-on approval.
• Charmed Interiors Design Studio reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
PRODUCT BUDGET & PURCHASING
Design fees cover professional services only and DO NOT include the cost of furniture, décor, lighting, materials, shipping, taxes, or installation services.
All product purchases are the client’s responsibility unless procurement services are arranged separately.
Recommended minimum product investment per room
Small Room: $1,000 – $2,000
Medium Room: $2,000 – $4,000
Large Room or Open Concept: $3,500+
Budgets vary based on room size, project goals, retailer pricing, and product selections. Final costs are subject to product availability and vendor pricing at the time of purchase.
